We're excited to be hosting WNC's largest real estate investing expo this November! Our Vendor Expo connects hundreds of real estate investors with you our vendor community. We are the largest Real Estate Investors Association (REIA) in the Asheville and Western North Carolina area.
If you have a product or service that real estate entrepreneurs, small business owners, rental property owners, note buyers, and more an use...then you need to be seen at CREIA-NC’s Expo.

Current CREIA Vendors: Free on or before Friday, November 1st. Then $159 until November 12th.
All Other Interested Vendors: $129 on or before Friday, November 1st. Then $159 until November 12th.
TWO NEW SPECIAL ADD-ON SPOSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Expert Lounge Sponsor: Become 1 of 10 vendors invited to mingle and network in an exclusive expert's area in the mezzanine of the Expo. Select paid guest and CREIA experts will have a special area with free food, one free drink ticket, where ideas will be exchanged and deals will be done! You must register for a regular table first as this is an add-on sponsorship. Cost is $100
Barrell Room Sponsor: Five educational breakout sessions will be held in our Barrell room throughout the expo. You can hang one banner, hand out collateral to Barrel Room attendees and a have one-minute speaking opportunity at the beginning of each session. You must register for a regular table first as this is an add-on sponsorship. Cost is $250 + the cost of the banner an collateral you wish to provide.
** ALL VENDORS: Please bring a door prize worth at least $50 for our on-site raffle! It could be a coupon, gift certificate, gift card, or other item but may NOT be redeemed at your business. We will have raffle drawings for these prizes at the end of the night, increasing the visibility and awareness of your business and services.
* If you wish to offer a drawing for a discount on or give-away of your product or service, we ask that you have a separate drawing at your table.
