John is a highly experienced mortgage broker with over 20 years of experience in financial services. He started as an intern with Merrill Lynch in 1997 while still in college. He graduated with a double major in Finance & Economics from the University of South Florida. He originated his first home loan in 2002 & later worked as a Sales Manager for Wells Fargo before joining Future Home Loans in Asheville in 2019. With access to over 25 wholesale lenders, John specializes in providing personalized mortgage solutions to first-time, experienced, & investor home buyers.
Craig, a native of Philadelphia, PA, is a 1991 graduate of LaSalle University & moved to Asheville in 2000 following a career as a casino marketing executive with Harrah’s Entertainment. A seasoned business operator & sales professional, he has spent much of his time managing & consulting in the hospitality industry. As investor relations specialist & loan originator, Craig is responsible for expanding ALFIE's reach between the Asheville & Upstate SC markets.
Carolyn is definitely an Asheville native - her family has been in the Asheville area since the early 1800s! She graduated from Asheville High School & bought her first house when she was 19 years old. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia, then returned to the mountains, where she has enjoyed conducting deals in many kinds of real estate ever since. Her 25+ years of experience in the mortgage world means she brings expertise & knowledge of lending trends and history to help her clients avoid potential pitfalls and successfully fund their homes &/or investment deals.
