The experts at Morgan Stanley say that “…home prices will fall 7%, from the peak of pricing in June 2022 to December 2023” (according to the New York Times). Moody’s Analytics extends its forecast into summer 2024, predicting a 10% drop during that time period. If we experience a recession, bump that percentage up to 10 points. According to the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) mortgage applications are at their lowest level in 22 years.

He is currently building his network here in Asheville to replicate what he has been doing over the past 12 years & looks forward to bringing value to other investors.

Charlie & his wife moved to Asheville in 2016 & started his Real Estate business in June of 2021. In January of 2022 he made some changes & ended up closing on 16 transactions in one year! Matt McMaster of WNC Property Solutions
After working in private banking for 15 years, Matt decided it was time for a change to gain a better work-life balance. With his background in finance & his passion for the art of putting a deal together that is beneficial for all parties involved, he started his real estate career. Since that time, he has purchased, rehabbed, built, sold, or held for rental over 100 properties in the Asheville area. In 2022, Matt obtained his NC General Contractor’s license.
Mary Love of Love the Green Real Estate Consulting Firm
Mary Love began her real estate investing when she lived in CA with her wife Deb; they moved to Asheville, NC in 2003. They bought 5 duplexes & lived in one for 16 years. During that time, Mary earned her real estate license & created Love The Green Real Estate Consulting Firm & their property management company, Town Mountain Properties. Mary & Deb’s main focus has always been on long term rentals, with the goal of eventually having some to owner finance. They have done 1031 exchanges, flips, funding, & project management for green projects. Mary enjoys talking about real estate investing & is always looking for deals. She is in the process of creating online courses for real estate investors with a focus on sustainability.
